Williams-Sonoma, Inc. Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Williams-Sonoma, Inc. (NYS: WSM) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.22 per common share. The dividend is payable on November 23, 2012 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on October 26, 2012. As of August 26, 2012, the Company had 98,425,880 shares of common stock outstanding.
