Universal Electronics Inc. and Logitech Settle Patent Infringement Litigation

SANTA ANA, Calif. & NEWARK, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Universal Electronics Inc. (UEI) (NAS: UEIC) , Logitech International S.A. (SIX: LOGN) (NAS: LOGI) , Logitech Europe S.A., and Logitech Inc. today announced that they have settled a patent infringement lawsuit that was pending in the Federal District Court of the Central District of California since 2011. The specific terms of the settlement agreement are confidential.
