SKF Signs SEK 60 Million Contract with LKAB for Advanced Condition Monitoring Services
GÖTEBORG, Sweden--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- SKF (STO:SKFA) (STO:SKFB) (Pink Sheets:SKFRY) (ISE: SKFB) today announced a five-year contract with LKAB worth around SEK 60 million for maintenance services at LKAB's mines, in Malmfälten, northern Sweden.
The contract covers advanced condition monitoring, vibration measurements, remote monitoring services, and machine diagnostics for mills, conveyors, pumps, and fans both above and below ground.

LKAB refines and manufactures iron-ore products for the global market. The aim of the preventive maintenance work is to reduce unplanned downtime and improve reliability and productivity without any major investment.
