ACC's Annual Meeting is the world's largest gathering of the in-house counsel community. Attendees can earn a year's worth of CLE/CPD credit in three days, exchange ideas with peers during more than 30 hours of networking events and gather information from more than 100 law firms and legal service providers.

Legal Holds for the Small and Large Enterprise," will take place at 9:00 a.m. ET and will provide attendees with information on the importance of legal hold language and preservation techniques. He will give another presentation at 2:30 p.m. ET titled "It's More than a Time Zone Change: When Litigation Goes Global" that will explore the challenges to resolving a transnational dispute.
