BRENTWOOD, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Delek US Holdings, Inc. (NYS: DK) , a diversified energy company with assets in the petroleum refining, marketing and retail industries, today announced that the Company intends to issue a press release summarizing third quarter 2012 results after the U.S. stock market closes during the evening of Wednesday, November 7, 2012. A conference call to discuss third quarter 2012 results is scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m. CT (11:00 a.m. ET) on Thursday, November 8, 2012.
