Bank of the Ozarks, Inc. Announces Increased Regular Quarterly Dividend

LITTLE ROCK, Ark.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Bank of the Ozarks, Inc. (NAS: OZRK) announced its Board of Directors has approved a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.14 per common share payable October 19, 2012 to shareholders of record as of October 12, 2012. The dividend of $0.14 per share represents an increase of $0.01 per share, or 7.7%, over the dividend paid in the previous quarter. The Company has increased its quarterly dividend in eleven of the last twelve quarters, including the past nine consecutive quarters.
