FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Direct Insite (OTC BB: DIRI.OB), a leading provider of cloud-based e-invoicing solutions for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payments services, today announced that it has signed a three-year contract valued at more than $300,000 with a major hotel and hospitality company to provide electronic payment services.

The company will use Direct Insite's PCI Certified Payment Gateway to enable corporate and event clients to make online payments using cards or the Automated Clearing House (ACH) Network.

Allowing its largest customers to electronically pay for big-ticket purchases will significantly streamline the company's invoicing process and potentially accelerate its cash flow. Customers will benefit from the opportunity to maximize rebates from card issuers on payments made using p-card.

"Hosting and catering an event for a large corporation is a complex undertaking that generates complex invoices. Our electronic invoice and payment capabilities eliminate this complexity for all parties involved, while creating new opportunities for corporations to maximize their p-card rebates," said Direct Insite President and CEO Matthew E. Oakes. "As companies accelerate their push towards electronic payments, our Invoices On-Line e-invoicing platform continues to stand apart for its invoice-centric approach to payments, breadth of capabilities, and seamless integrated e-invoicing functionality."

Direct Insite's Invoices On-Line Payment Gateway will help the hotel and hospitality company safeguard cardholder data and prevent payment fraud. Meeting the requirements of PCI Compliance, Invoices On-Line never stores sensitive payment data within the merchant's firewalls. Deploying Direct Insite's Invoices On-Line also creates a platform for the hotel and hospitality company to present electronic invoices to its customers and automate invoice workflow and dispute management.

Invoices On-Line's Payment Gateway supports the secure disbursement, receipt and processing of payments via credit or p-card or the ACH Network. Companies can schedule and pay one or many invoices via the Invoices On-Line service. Payment remittance information is automatically synchronized with the Invoices On-Line user's enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
