Prudential ranks as an Adoption-Friendly Workplace
Prudential earns spot for financial assistance and paid leave offered employees who adopt

Prudential employees are reimbursed up to $10,000 per adopted child and receive up to 26 weeks of parental leave. There is no limit on the number of adoptions that can be covered in a year. In addition, Prudential offers counseling services and referral programs to help employees through the adoption process. For employees who are foster parents, the company also provides $1,000 per calendar year for new, foster care placements.
Every year, the Foundation announces America's top 100 adoption-friendly employers. Rankings are determined by an analysis of a company's adoption benefits, including the maximum amount of financial reimbursement and paid leave for families who adopt.
The Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption is America's only nonprofit public charity dedicated exclusively to finding permanent homes for the 107,000 children waiting in foster care to be adopted.
