Banner Corporation Declares $0.01 Quarterly Cash Dividend

WALLA WALLA, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Banner Corporation (NAS: BANR) , the parent company of Banner Bank and Islanders Bank, today announced its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.01 per share. The dividend is payable October 15, 2012, to common shareholders of record on October 5, 2012.


Banner Corporation also announced that it will report third quarter 2012 results after the market closes on Wednesday, October 24, 2012. Management will host a conference call on Thursday, October 25 at 8:00 a.m. PDT (11:00 a.m. EDT) to discuss the results. The call will also be broadcast live via the internet.
