Marketing Automation and Help Desk Integration Solutions Provide Users with 360 Degree, Full Lifecycle View of Customer
AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Pervasive Software® Inc. (Nasdaq: PVSW) , a global leader in cloud-based and on-premises data innovation, today announced that Pervasive Galaxy™, a community and marketplace that sells products that allow applications, software and clouds to talk, has launched three pre-packaged integration solutions known as 'Galaxy Apps' for leading marketing automation, telephony, and help desk applications. The new solutions allow businesses to maintain a complete view of customer activity as well as communicate with their customers at the right time, with the right message.
Pervasive Galaxy Apps can be purchased and installed in a matter of minutes, allowing businesses to quickly and easily increase customer satisfaction without burdening IT.
The Twilio + SalesforceApp pumps information gathered by Twilio, which provides infrastructure APIs for businesses to build scalable, reliable voice and text messaging apps, into the Salesforce CRM. The one-way synchronization enables businesses to track customer phone calls and SMS text messages within marketing campaigns.
Through both a bi-directional and uni-directional integration, the Marketo + NetSuiteApp provides synchronization between both applications, allowing marketing managers to tie leads and opportunities from NetSuite to a specific marketing campaign within Marketo.
The UserVoice + Salesforce Apppullsin tickets, suggestions and contacts from UserVoice, a feedback and help desk software application, and synchronizes it with the respective fields in Salesforce, using OAuth security to enable the integration. This capability allows organizations to view open help desk tickets and suggestions for existing contacts in Salesforce, providing the sales team with a complete view of customer activity.
