Campbell Announces Quarterly Dividend

CAMDEN, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Campbell Soup Company (NYS: CPB) today announced that the company's Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend on its capital stock of $0.29 per share. The quarterly dividend is payable Oct. 29, 2012 to shareowners of record at the close of business on Oct. 9, 2012.
