Up today, Andrew and Anand talk about the totally unsurprising news that Samsung is suing Apple again. Samsung claims that Apple's megaproduct, the iPhone 5, is a violating device. Given that the phone has already doubled the prior iPhone sales record, any curbing of that growth spells a serious risk for Apple. While Andrew thinks a ruling against Apple is unlikely, it's still something that every big tech investor should be aware of.
