Virtual restaurateurs, you can finally enlist the help of Restaurant Impossible to help your sorry eatery in ChefVille. In a promotion between Food Network and Zynga, Restaurant Impossible's Robert Irvine has been digitized and integrated into ChefVille in a series of quests that will help players boost the profile of their restaurants by mastering new dishes.

"As an avid fan of social games I am extremely excited about partnering with Zynga on this interactive culinary journey," Robert Irvine said in a release. "Zynga continues to be a pioneering force in the world of social gaming. I couldn't be more honored to have an avatar of myself and Restaurant: Impossible be a part of ChefVille, as we lend insight to players on what it takes to create their dream restaurant while earning my approval."

For the special Restaurant Impossible-themed ChefVille quests, players will be tasked with gathering ingredients like garlic, onions, tomatoes and beef to complete dishes including paninis and bruschetta. Just like Irvine always says, players will learn the value of a pinch of salt (and thyme). Of course, players will need to call on their friends for help.

Irvine can do the impossible, but he can't do everything. It's not terribly surprising to see this kind of integration in a Zynga game, but it certainly is one of the most fitting promotions in a Zynga game to date. Don't be surprised to see even more high-profile media properties get roped into Zynga's worlds in the future.
