ASCC Receives Samples of Revolutionary Patented Biomolecule Skin Cream

MIRAMAR BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Aristocrat Group Corp. (OTCBB: ASCC) announced today that it received testing samples of a revolutionary new biomolecule face cream that could hold the key to younger-looking skin.

The miraculous new skin-care product was created by Regenetech, a biotech company with an exclusive license to expand — or multiply — adult stem cells using a NASA bioreactor technology developed for the space program. The active ingredients in the cream are biomolecules left behind after stem cell expansion, including cytokines, peptides and proteins capable of promoting healthy skin.

When properly formulated, these all-natural biomolecules promote optimum, stable levels of skin oils and hydration, increasing suppleness, firmness and softness and creating a youthful appearance and a dramatic reduction in skin wrinkles and sagging.

ASCC believes Regenetech's skin-care line could be the key to capitalizing on the booming cosmetics market not only in the U.S., but across the globe. Demand for cosmetics and toiletries is forecast by some analysts to rise five percent annually to a total value of $9.9 billion by 2016. As the population of older Americans grows, the market for products capable of improving the appearance of aging skin could skyrocket.

"We're very impressed by the results of the clinical trials that Regenetech has shown us, and we hope to confirm those results with our own experiments," said ASCC CEO Cindy Morrissey. "This is an innovative product that can only be created with Regenetech's patented NASA technology, making it not only unique but exclusive in the cosmetics market.

"Since the technique is patented, it can't be reproduced by any other company, giving us a ground-floor investment opportunity," she said. "We're excited about the prospect of helping to develop and market it in select markets all over the world."

ASCC plans to expand its cosmetics business to compete in a highly profitable sector alongside Procter & Gamble (NYS: PG) , Unilever (NYS: UL) and Avon Products, Inc. (NYS: AVP) .
