PNM Resources Board Declares Quarterly Common Stock Dividend

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of PNM Resources (NYS: PNM) yesterday declared the regular quarterly dividend of $0.145 per share on its common stock, which has an indicated annual rate of $0.58 per share. The dividend is payable Nov. 15, 2012, to shareholders of record at the close of business Nov. 1, 2012.
