John Wiley & Sons, Inc. Announces Quarterly Dividend
HOBOKEN, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- John Wiley & Sons, Inc. (NYSE: JWa & JWb), announced that the Board of Directors at their meeting today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.24 per share on its Class A and Class B Common Stock, payable on October 16, 2012 to shareholders of record on October 1, 2012.
