Court Denies Western Wind's Motion against Savitr Capital

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Savitr Capital, LLC ("Savitr"), a significant shareholder of Western Wind Energy Corp. (TSX Venture Exchange: WND) (OTCQX: WNDEF) ("Western Wind"), today announced that Western Wind's motion for a temporary restraining order based on alleged trademark infringement by Savitr in a communication to Western Wind's shareholders was denied in its entirety by the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
