Alaska Communications Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend

ANCHORAGE, Alaska--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Alaska Communications (NAS: ALSK) today announced its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable on October 17, 2012, to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 28, 2012. The company had approximately 45.7 million shares of common stock outstanding as of July 20, 2012.
