Tuesday's trading volume for the biggest market gainers and losers was generally light. Today's winner signed was a mobile marketer who signed a contract with a major U.S. brand. Meanwhile, an executive departure sent shares of our loser falling.

Shares of Velti PLC (NASDAQ: VELT) are up 11.94% to $9.63 on trading volume of 2 million shares. The mobile marketing provider announced it has closed a two-year, $27 million agreement with a major American brand to provide marketing services. The brand wasn't announced. The 52-week high is $14.65.
Biggest Loser
Shares of Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (NYSE: AMD) are down 6.74% to $3.74 on trading volume of 51.1 million shares. The company announced Monday that Chief Financial Officer Thomas Seifert was leaving the company. The 52-week low is $3.43.
