ASCC Initiates Talks With Biotech Company Using NASA Technology in Cosmetics

MIRAMAR BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- As part of its new initiative to explore innovations in the booming cosmetics sector, the Aristocrat Group Corp. (OTCBB:ASCC) announced today that the company has initiated talks with a biotechnology company that is using NASA technology to develop biomolecular skin care products from stem cells.

"Using equipment originally created for the space program, this company is developing a line of very exciting new cosmetic products with biomolecules that are produced in a weightless environment," said ASCC CEO Cindy Morrissey. "These advanced, anti-gravity skin care products represent a stunning breakthrough that can't be reproduced by competitors. We're very interested in continuing discussions on how ASCC can potentially help market and develop this exciting and unique new product line."

"Anti-aging peptides could be the key to accelerate skin repair and rejuvenation," Morrissey said. "ASCC is examining these new creams designed to reduce the appearance of wrinkles, dark circles and uneven skin tones using stem cell biomolecules produced in simulated micro-gravity. This unique ingredient was discovered while using a NASA-developed bioreactor to multiply stem cells for medical research."

ASCC is investigating new opportunities to help develop and market high-quality natural cosmetics in order to deliver maximum returns to shareholders. The company plans to expand its cosmetics business to compete in a highly profitable sector alongside Procter & Gamble (NYS: PG) , Unilever (NYS: UL) and Avon Products, Inc. (NYS: AVP) .
