Zep Inc. Announces In-sourcing of its Internal Investor Relations/Communications Function
ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Zep Inc. (NYSE: ZEP) , a leading producer and marketer of a wide range of cleaning and maintenance solutions, today announced that it has begun the search process to support in-sourcing of its Investor Relations and Communications functions. To-date, the company has utilized the services of external partners. In a statement Chairman and CEO John K. Morgan said, "Everyday I am impressed with what I see our teams accomplishing throughout the company and I want us to consistently communicate our successes to the investment community so they too can be excited by our strategy and the great work of our people. I think we can best accomplish this with a dedicated resource that is on-site and in our businesses constantly."
The position will report to the CEO and will be responsible for keeping the investment community informed as well as managing the day-to-day communications activities internal to the organization.
