This is the second year in a row that Higher One has been selected as one of The Hearst Connecticut Workplaces.
The Top Workplaces are determined based solely on employee feedback. The survey is conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement. WorkplaceDynamics conducts regional Top Workplaces programs with more than 30 major publishing partners and recognizes a National list of Top Workplaces.
Among the factors that contribute to Higher One employee satisfaction are wellness programs, including a fitness center and free healthy lunch provided in Higher One's on-site cafés, as well as the company's unique work approach.
