There's never a dull week on Wall Street. Let's go over some of the news that will shape the week to come.

Monday
It's a relatively light week on the earnings front, but Monday kicks off with Piedmont Natural Gas (NYS: PNY) and Titan Machinery (NAS: TITN) reporting.

True its name, Piedmont is a natural gas utility. Titan Machinery runs a chain of stores that sells agricultural equipment. They are entirely different companies, though analysts see both companies improving on the bottom line.

Tuesday
United Natural Foods (NAS: UNFI) checks in at the checkout on Tuesday. The distributor of natural food items offers more than 60,000 products to its more than 23,000 customers across North America.

Analysts see the company serving up a quarterly profit of $0.51 a share, well above the $0.43 it earned a year ago.

Wednesday
Apple (NAS: AAPL) fans and investors have had this date circled on the calendar for some time. After weeks of speculation, Apple confirmed a few days ago that it will be hosting a press event on Wednesday.

The invitation has a shadowy "5" on it, leaving little doubt that the world's most valuable tech company is about to introduce the iPhone 5.

Thursday
Analogic
(NAS: ALOG) provides advanced imaging systems and technology for the health-care and aviation security industries. It reports after the market close on Thursday.

Friday
A quiet week ends quietly. There won't be a lot of financial news out, so now may be a good time to ask yourself if you want to start camping out for that iPhone 5 you've been thinking about.
