Lucky Gem Casino partners with Bejeweled Blitz for free boosts

A brand new slot machine has come to Lucky Gem Casino, and while that's reason enough to get excited, fans of Bejeweled Blitz should be particularly thrilled, as the game's newest slot machine is themed after PopCap's match-three game, and actually allows players to earn prizes back in Bejeweled Blitz.

The slot machine is called Bejeweled Blitz Cascades, and it plays a bit differently than other, traditional slot machines. You'll be able to choose your bet for each spin, and will win coins (dependent on the value of your bet) when your spin results in a match of three or more like gems on the wheels. These gems will then disappear in traditional Bejeweled Blitz fashion, complete with larger explosions for matches of four or more gems. After these gems disappear, more will fall in from the top of the screen, giving you an additional chance to win coins on each individual spin.

Every now and again, one of the machine's five wheels will land on a Bejeweled Blitz Coin, which goes to fill the meter on the left side of the screen. When full, this meter will send prizes back to Bejeweled Blitz, but you can only win a small amount of these prizes everyday before hitting your limit. Unfortunately, earning these coins is a matter of luck, but think about it this way: while you're working to earn those free boosts in Bejeweled Blitz, you'll also hopefully be winning coins that you can use elsewhere with Lucky Gem Casino. In that case, this is really a win-win, and is definitely one of the more interesting cross-promotional activities we've seen in a while.
