August Auto Sales Projected to Skyrocket

A peek into August sales shows that according to LMC Automotive and J.D. Power and Associates, auto sales could be up by 16% this month. If that turns out to be the number, it could help alleviate concerns of a slowdown during the second half of the year. A seasonal adjusted annual rate of 14.5 million industrywide sales would be the best of any month this year.
