3 Countries to Watch Right Now

Updated

LONDON -- In this edition, David Kuo asks JM Finn & Co.'s Brian Tora about which three countries he believes investors ought to be interested in. The first has seen the rise of "super cities," with more than 50% of the population now living in towns and cities, compared with a third less than a decade ago. Brian then talks about a second country ripe for investment, one with a burgeoning middle class that is estimated to overtake the total population of the European Union soon, while the third country is an old stalwart whose dominance in technology looks set to continue to drive its economy.

The three countries appear to be approachable in general for investors, with the likes of Apple (NAS: AAPL) and Burberry (ISE: BRBY) receiving boosts from their rising consumer culture. Brian also touches on his thoughts regarding investment trusts and exchange-traded funds (ETFs).

Like Apple and Burberry, some of the most successful companies have global exposure.
