It's not an unusual day for PC maker Dell. Earnings have tanked -- revenue is down 8%, while net income has declined by 18%. Technology editor/analyst Andrew Tonner explains that while PC makers could have a better second quarter, right now they are quickly losing ground in this competitive market.
