Continental Resources: King of the Bakken

Continental Resources is the largest leaseholder in the Bakken shale, and the top-producing firm in the Williston Basin, making it a key player on analyst Joel South's list of top energy firms. Continental has grown its reserves by 20% so far this year, as well as averaging oil production of 100,000 barrels of oil per day, well on its way to accomplish its five-year plan of tripling production.
