The Sims Social 'British Eccentric Games' Quest: How to finish it fast

The summer Olympic Games have come to The Sims Social on Facebook, but there's a slight twist. Instead of being a serious event for lifelong athletes, this virtual version of the games is a bit more quirky, with umbrellas and harmonicas (as examples) taking the spotlight over items like weights or balance beams. As usual, there's a new quest series to go along with this event, and we're here with some tips and tricks to complete these British Eccentric Games quests, straight from Playfish.

She's Lost Her Royal Marbles! Stage 1:
● Ride a Penny Farthing
● Send Registration

Get moving! You can complete the first part of this stage by visiting Bella and trying out her Penny Farthing (bike outside her house). To send in your registration to the games, look for Pigeons around your house and click 2 of them and 'Send Registration'. This may take a few tries as pigeons are notoriously unreliable, so don't be surprised if it takes you more than 2 tries! After completing this stage you'll get Cupcakes (collectible)!

She's Lost Her Royal Marbles! Stage 2:
● Go Window Shopping
● Race!
● Do Warm Ups

Click on 'Clothes' and try on a NEW avatar item from the Special tab. After putting on a disguise, click on the Penny Farthing bike and 'Race!' You need to do this 3 times. Click on a Mr Fitt's SimZum Mat item and 'Do Warm Ups'. Do this 3 times. If you don't have a mat of your own, you can always find it in the shop! You'll get 25 coins and 20 Life Points for completing this part of the quest!

She's Lost Her Royal Marbles! Stage 3:
● Buy the Coates' Umbrella Stand.
● Ask Sims over to 'Help Me Practice!'
● Visit a Friend with an Umbrella Stand and 'Challenge To Duel'

To buy yourself the Coates' Umbrella Stand you need to click on the shop. When you place it in your house, make sure to leave some space around it to Fence! When you visit a Friend with an Umbrella Stand and 'Challenge To Duel' you will have to win the match 2 times! You'll be rewarded with an Umbrella (collectible) once you've completed this stage.

She's Lost Her Royal Marbles! Stage 4:
● 'Stretch Stomach'
● Harvest 5 Strawberries
● Harvest 3 Grapes

The 'Stretch Stomach' option will be available by clicking on food items. So you can click on a fridge and choose the 'Stretch Stomach' option and practice the same 5 times. Click on a garden plot and harvest 5 Strawberries (they grow every 5 minutes!) and harvest 3 Grapes (they grow every 24 hours!) Once you've completed this stage, you'll get Cupcakes (collectible).

She's Lost Her Royal Marbles! Stage 5:
● Post a feed
● Give a 'Backhanded Compliment' to Sim friends
● 'Practice Bow/Curtsy for Queen'

Post a feed asking your friends to send you their best Backhanded Compliments! Visit or ask over 2 Sims and choose the 'Backhanded Compliment' option. You need to click on your Sim to 'Practice Bow/Curtsy for Queen'. This needs to be done 4 times. You'll get a Good Manners (collectible) for completing this part of the quest!

She's Lost Her Royal Marbles! Stage 6:
● 'Compose A Ditty'
● Earn 600 simoleons as you do a music task
● Have Prestige Glass Harmonica Table

To 'Compose A Ditty' you need to click on the Prestige Glass Harmonica Table. Do this 4 times. If you don't have one you can always go over to Bella's and use hers. Click on Music Skill items and do tasks to earn 600 simoleons and prepare to beat Shane! You will receive Golden Marbles (collectible) once you've completed this stage.

She's Lost Her Royal Marbles! Stage 7:
● 'Release The Pigeons!' again
● Post a feed
● 'Practice Lap of Honor'

Search around houses for 3 more Pigeons and click on them to 'Release The Pigeons!' Post a feed to say you're holding a picnic to celebrate and get 2 friends to click on it! Click on the Penny Farthing and 'Practice Lap of Honor' 3 times for your win! Remember you can visit Bella if you don't have it! You'll get a medal for completing this part of the quest!

For the Percival Penny Farthing: Muse (6), Goodwill (2), Torch (10), Entertainment (8), Golden Marbles (10), Relaxation (3), Buzz (3), Umbrella (9), Love (4), Queen's Crown (9), Teacup (4), Cupcakes (9) Old Instruction (1), Good Manners (11), Hype (2), Dreams (6)

For the Prestige Glass Harmonica Table: Muse (8), Love (2), Relaxation (2), Buzz (3), Cupcakes (8), Golden Marbles (12), Teacup (12), Entertainment (3), Crystals (5), Queen's Crown (6), Good Manners (6), Torch (4), Glass (8), Bouquet (3)
