EPS came in at $1.60. The 26 earnings estimates compiled by S&P Capital IQ averaged $1.52 per share. GAAP EPS of $1.60 for Q2 were 2.6% higher than the prior-year quarter's $1.56 per share.

For the quarter, gross margin was 40.5%, 250 basis points better than the prior-year quarter. Operating margin was 32.5%, 200 basis points better than the prior-year quarter. Net margin was 18.2%, 120 basis points worse than the prior-year quarter.
Next quarter's average estimate for revenue is $2.98 billion. On the bottom line, the average EPS estimate is $1.64.
Next year's average estimate for revenue is $11.62 billion. The average EPS estimate is $5.88.
