Actor, producer and former rapper Mark Wahlberg is again attempting to unload his Beverly Hills Estate, this time listing it for $12.995 million, down from the almost $16 million that the star of "The Fighter" listed it for in 2008.
The home is nothing short of stunning. Clearly customized for Wahlberg's many talents and hobbies, the 1.73-acre property features a recording studio, a screening room, and a detached two-story gym with boxing ring. There's also a full-size, sunken basketball-racquetball court and a putting green. In Beverly Hills' luxurious fashion, there's a lagoon style swimming pool with "loopy waterfalls," a water slide, multiple poolside cabanas and tented lounge areas, and a grotto spa.

The inside of the seven-bedroom, 10-bathroom main home isn't too shabby either. The formal living and dining rooms offer sweeping views of the canyon and provide an excellent vantage point for stunning West Coast sunsets. The kitchen is nothing short of state-of-the-art, boasting a wide-open floor plan, plenty of counterspace, multiple sinks and a large gas range. The home also features a master suite with two bathrooms, and four other bedrooms with ensuite baths.
And if the guests get tired of watching "The Italian Job," listening to Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch, and talking to animals, they can always stay in the additional two-bedroom, two-bath guesthouse.
