FarmVille Floating Waterfall: Everything you need to know

If you're a fan of whimsy and magic, the newest building project in FarmVille should be right up your alley, as players are now being given the chance to build a Floating Waterfall on their farms.

You'll receive the base of the Floating Waterfall for free by clicking on the item's symbol in the menu on the right side of the screen. Once it's placed, you'll need to start collecting building materials to construct this first level and then eventually upgrade it to completion. Similar to features like the Train Station in Winter Wonderland or the Mountain Palace in Jade Falls (as just two examples), this Floating Waterfall has six levels to build, with each requiring more and more building materials to move on.

Level 1 of the Floating Waterfall, for instance, requires:

  • 6 Floating Rocks

  • 6 Magic Waters

  • 10 Sparkle Seeds


You can earn these items by asking your friends to send them to you, or by purchasing them with Farm Cash. Also be on the lookout for bonus pieces being shared on your friends' walls as they too complete this feature on their own farms. Again, as you complete each stage, the Floating Waterfall will become larger in size and design, but you'll also need to collect additional parts to finish it off.

As of this writing, the only function the Floating Waterfall offers is allowing you to collect Sparkle Seeds from it once per day. This, in turn, gives you Sparkle Seeds that can be used to construct its upgrades, thus continuing the cycle. If a more "important" function comes to the Floating Waterfall in the future, we'll make sure to let you know.
