FarmVille Around the World Countdown: Everything you need to know

The countdown feature in FarmVille has expanded this week, as yet another set of 13 items has been launched in the game via an "Around the World" collection. Over the next 12 days, you'll be able to ask your friends for collectibles and will receive special themed content for each day of the countdown (that is, if you receive enough of those aforementioned collectibles).

Three of the 12 items are already available to win, but here's a complete lineup of prizes for each day of this event, via FarmVille Freak.

Day 1: Shaolin Duck
Day 2: Swiss Cow
Day 3: Mexican Hand Tree
Day 4: Amazon Waterfall
Day 5: Spanish Bull
Day 6: Scottish Terrier
Day 7: Australian Boab Tree
Day 8: Cow Sphinx
Day 9: Mongolia Gnome
Day 10: Thai Tuk Tuk
Day 11: French Beret Sheep
Day 12: Moscow Tower

As usual, if you win all of these 12 items, you'll also receive a special bonus item for all of your (and your friends') hard work: the Roman Horse. If you don't want to wait for your friends to help you, you can also purchase these items with Farm Cash (including the Roman Horse), but that seems a bit silly when they're all technically available for free.

Remember, while you'll have a few days after these items are fully released to actually collect them, you'll want to stay on top of things to make sure you earn them all before this countdown expires, only to be replaced by another. Good luck earning them all!
