Coldwell Banker took a look at some of the trendiest places in the country and narrowed their list of the "Best Places to Live for Social Seekers" down to a hoppin' Top 10. The real estate firm used criteria such as access to transportation, the volume of restaurants and bars, nightlife and entertainment to mold its list.

"Americans believe that their home is a reflection of their identity, and that clearly goes beyond the property line and into the communities where they live," said Budge Huskey, president and COO of Coldwell Banker. "Social Seekers are drawn to the nightlife and action."
