The Oracle of Omaha, one of the top investors and businessmen of his generation, has set a succession plan in motion. Yet with plenty of uncertainty around the management transition and the reality that, at $200 billion, Berkshire's best growth days are behind it, can Berkshire Hathaway still be a market-beating stock?
