Pioneer Trail Museum: Everything you need to know

While many Homesteads in the Pioneer Trail are overflowing with debris of all shapes and sizes, there are still some cases where you need one particular kind of debris in bulk, but simply don't want to spend time waiting for them to generate automatically within your game. Now, you can build a new Museum on your Homestead and can learn how to craft debris for future use.

Unfortunately (as with most things in the Pioneer Trail), there's a catch here. This Museum must be built from scratch across a series of goals, and even then, you'll only be able to use the Museum to craft skulls and rocks. Here's a look at the goals to complete throughout this Museum feature.

Jurassic Frontier

  • Place a Dig Site

  • Craft 2 Archaeology Kits

  • Build Phase 1 of the Museum



Rewards: 400 XP, 400 coins, 2 Display Cases

First on the Frontier

  • Collect 10 Ancient Arrowheads

  • Craft 4 Jackalopes

  • Build Phase 2 of the Museum



The Jackalopes are crafted using Fluffy Bunnies and Tiny Antlers, both of which can be gathered by asking your friends for help. You'll receive 800 coins, a Brown Horse and a Spirit Eagle for finishing this goal.

Settle for the Frontier

  • Collect 12 Busted Horseshoes

  • Tend 20 Adult Raccoons

  • Build Phase 3 of the Museum



Rewards: 1,200 XP, 1,200 coins, 2 Aged Salmon Boosts

The Museum

  • Collect 12 Exhibit Keys

  • Harvest 30 Cherry Tomatoes

  • Build Phase 4 of the Museum



The Cherry Tomatoes, along with the Raccoons above, are available on the game's free gifts page, if you don't happen to have some of either already. When you complete this final goal, you'll receive 2,000 XP, the Archaeological Lawn Gnome decoration and the Crop Whisperer Book.

As for actually crafting rocks and skulls, you'll need Skull Pieces and Super Glue to craft skulls, while Rock Fragments and Super Glue can be combined to form rocks. The Skull Pieces and Rock fragments both drop when tending your Dig Site. Good luck completing these goals and having a never-ending supply of rocks and skulls on your Homestead!
