LONDON -- The financial sector has been dealt yet another blow. This time, big bank Barclays (NYS: BCS) is making headlines with its involvement in the latest LIBOR scandal. In today's feature, David Kuo and Nate Weisshaar examine whether investors should jump ship or give Barclays and other banks a spot in their portfolios.
