Pioneer Trail Independence Day Goals: Everything you need to know

It's almost time for the 4th of July, and Americans are ready to celebrate both in the real world and in Pioneer Trail. Zynga has released at least one major goal series for the Independence Day holiday, allowing you to build a grand Amphitheater, giving folks a place to watch the fireworks display on your Homestead. There are, of course, goals to complete along with the basic construction of this Amphitheater, so we're here to help you out with those along the way! Let's get started!

Spangle Sheep

  • Get 10 Bright Sparklers

  • Tend 10 Sheep on your Neighbors' Homesteads

  • Finish the Phase 1 of the Ampitheater


The Bright Sparklers are earned when tending sheep that aren't adults. Meanwhile, you can see the requirements for finishing stage one of the Amphitheater below. For finishing this first goal, you'll receive 500 XP, a Sparkling Sheep and 20 Sparkling Roses.


Conflagrating Cows

  • Set off 5 Ground Spinners

  • Collect 10 Cherry Bombs

  • Finish Phase 2 of the Amphitheater


The Ground Spinners are crafted using Rocket Powder (found when activating other fireworks or Sparkling Roses on your Homestead - there are some on the free gifts page) and Firework Tubing (ask friends). Meanwhile, Cherry Bombs are earned by tending cows that aren't adults. You'll receive 1,000 XP, a Sparkling Cow and a Rocket Bear for finishing this goal.


Offending Oxen

  • Set Off 5 Grand Finales

  • Collect 10 Roman Candles

  • Finish the Amphitheater


The Grand Finales are fireworks that are crafted after creating Rocket Clusters, which in themselves are a crafting project. Altogether, you'll need Rocket Power, Multicolor Rockets and Rocket Stages to craft Grand Finales, so you'll need to ask your friends for plenty of items along the way. Finally, the Roman Candles are earned by tending oxen that aren't adults. You'll receive a Sparkling Ox, two Fireworks Feeders and a Crazier Cake for completing this goal.


All told, this isn't a lot of content for such a big holiday (even if the holiday is country-specific), so we expect more Independence day activities to be released between now and July 4. If that ends up being the case, we'll make sure to let you know.
