Martin Lawrence may be known for his comedic talents, but there's nothing funny about the Beverly Hills home he's renting out ... for a very serious $200,000 a month.

While the "Bad Boys" star's 13,900-square-foot French contemporary is a surefire looker, $200,000 is a whole lot of coin. Granted, you get a movie theater with concession stand, a 1,000-square-foot gym, a wine room, and sprawling living and dining spaces. It's also really pretty. Pink marble finishes, marble floors, and stained glass skylights by Salvatore Polizzi.

Worth shelling out $200,000 a month for? You decide.
