Why These 5 Stocks Surged Today

The markets were finally treated to some good news today, and all three major indices responded by gaining more than 1%, with the tech-heavy Nasdaq advancing 2.46%. But there were five individual stocks in particular that had an even better day today.

Much of the good day for these stocks centered on news that China will focus more on a pro-growth agenda, and a pledge from France and Germany to do what they can to keep Greece in the eurozone.
