CityVille Beautiful Day Goals: Everything you need to know

Updated

After last week's release of the Stock Exchange in CityVille, there's been a new goal series released in the game that offers up new items from Edgar. This series only deals partially with the Stock Exchange, and was instead simply "inspired" by them. Edgar feels that you should be living in better accommodations after your successes with buying and selling stocks, and he'll let you do just that with the release of the Earnhart residence in your town.

A Beautiful Day!

  • Place and complete the Earnhart Residence

  • Collect from 30 Neighbor Businesses

  • Harvest 40 Sunflowers

The Earnhart Residence can only be placed via this goal, and you'll need to collect 50 building materials to finish it off: 10 each of Pool Cues, Butler's Trays, Fancy Aquariums, Stereos and Pool Cleaners. When you've done that, you'll have a building that offers at least 800 citizens of population, which can then be expanded to 1,580 citizens via randomly dropping population upgrades. It offers 149 coins in rent every two hours, and gives your downtown 424 Downtown Value Points. For completing this first goal, you'll receive 100 XP and 8 energy.

Live Large!

  • Collect from Lowery Lofts or Modern Lofts

  • Collect from King of the Seas Cruise Ships

  • Have a Level 3 Bank

Rewards: 12 energy and 1,000 Premium Goods

Charitable Patron!

  • Collect from Premium Buinesses

  • Upgrade a College Library to Level 2

  • Collect from a Level 3 Bookstore

You'll receive a Hadwick House for finishing this goal, which is a home that fortunately doesn't require any building materials to construct. You'll simply need to spend six energy to build its base, and will then have a home worth 981 Downtown Value Points that also offers 1,850 - 3,650 citizens to your town! It gives off 100 coins in rent every hour, but I think you'll agree with me that the massive boost in population is the definite selling point for this one. Good luck finishing all of these goals in your town!
