CityVille Glass Factory Community Wing: Everything you need to know

As promised, we're here with another look at the Glass Factory in CityVille, which has received its third wing this week: the Community Wing. Following in the footsteps of the decoration and business wings, this Community Wing will allow you to construct community buildings for your town made out of glass.

As you might have guessed, this Community Wing requires building materials before you can ever actually use it to create objects for your city. You can earn these items by asking your friends to send them to you via general news posts on your wall and individual friend requests.

  • 7 Glass Decks

  • 7 Office Chairs

  • 7 Filing Cabinets

  • 7 File Organizers

  • 7 Glass Cubicles


Once you've collected the necessary building ingredients, you can then start to build new community buildings in your completed wing. Right now, you can build items like the Glass Art Museum and Glass Symphony. Each building requires different materials (and different quantities of those materials) to construct, leaving you to ask your friends for even more help along the way.


There's still one more wing that has yet to launch in the Glass Factory, and if I was a betting woman, I'd lay money on it allowing us to construct glass homes for our town. Whatever the case, we'll make sure to bring you a guide to constructing and using that fourth wing of the Glass Factory just as soon as we learn more.
