CityVille International Malls: Everything you need to know

While we've been given plenty of options for item storage in CityVille, the rhyme or reasoning behind why some items can be stored in one building and not others are unknown, and even sometimes frustrating. That is, why can one business be stored in a mall, but another can't? Unfortunately, this leaves us to build dozens of different storage structures just to clear up land space, and we're at that point yet again with the release of the International Mall. If you're above Level 29, you can now construct your very own International Mall to store businesses that have an international flair.

The International Mall (or International Shopping Center, if you prefer) can hold up to 15 different businesses, and is put together in the same way as others. That is, you'll first need to collect building materials with the help of friends to finish the first floor of this mall:

  • 5 Solar Panels
  • 5 Light Bulbs
  • 5 Bike Racks
  • 5 Shopping Bags
  • 5 Compost Bins

These items are earned through a combination of general news posts on your wall and individual requests sent to friends. Completing the first floor gives you access to storing two businesses for "free" automatically, and then asks you to gather three staff members to unlock the final three storage slots on this floor.

From there, you'll complete the same steps to upgrade your International Mall to Levels 2 and 3, with each giving you access to five more storage slots, until you've reached the maximum of 15 allowed. All in all, this is a fairly standard feature if you're familiar with business storage in CityVille already, and it will finally allow you to store some businesses that were impossible to store before. In that, I guess we can't really complain.
