Forrester Research (NAS: FORR) reported earnings on April 25. Here are the numbers you need to know.

EPS came in at $0.22. The three earnings estimates compiled by S&P Capital IQ anticipated $0.17 per share. GAAP EPS of $0.14 for Q1 were 7.7% higher than the prior-year quarter's $0.13 per share.

Margin details
For the quarter, gross margin was 61.7%, 50 basis points better than the prior-year quarter. Operating margin was 8.5%, 150 basis points better than the prior-year quarter. Net margin was 4.5%, 10 basis points better than the prior-year quarter.

Looking ahead
Next quarter's average estimate for revenue is $80.6 million. On the bottom line, the average EPS estimate is $0.32.

Next year's average estimate for revenue is $311.5 million. The average EPS estimate is $1.21.
