EPS came in at $0.85. The nine earnings estimates compiled by S&P Capital IQ averaged $0.86 per share. GAAP EPS of $0.86 for Q1 were 4.9% higher than the prior-year quarter's $0.82 per share.

For the quarter, gross margin was 39.3%, 380 basis points better than the prior-year quarter. Operating margin was 26.2%, 110 basis points better than the prior-year quarter. Net margin was 14.1%, 230 basis points better than the prior-year quarter.
Next quarter's average estimate for revenue is $3.35 billion. On the bottom line, the average EPS estimate is $0.67.
Next year's average estimate for revenue is $15.21 billion. The average EPS estimate is $3.21.
