Pioneer Trail Stately Estate: Everything you need to know

Updated

In keeping with the previous releases of storage structures like the Emporium, another massive storage option has launched in Pioneer Trail this week: the Stately Estate. Even though this particular building might seem like it will only hold residences, it can actually store a variety of buildings, up to 10 in all! You'll be able to store structures like the Jackalope Lodge, Saloon, Flower Shop and more inside, but will still have access to all of these buildings' functions, even after they've been stored. Putting it simply, constructing this Stately Estate is more about space saving than anything else.

You can build this Stately Estate anywhere there's room on your Homestead, but you'll also need to complete a set of goals before really getting the most use out of it. Here's how to complete those goals and free up all of that extra space on your Homestead!

Stable & Able

  • Place the Stately Estate

  • Clobber 10 Foxes

  • Ask friends for 10 Stable Cobble

Rewards: 300 XP, 300 coins and 3 Pearly Cows

Regal Refreshment

  • Fire the Snake Cannon

  • Collect 15 Pearly Milk

  • Collect 50 Wine Barrels

If the name of the Pearly Milk doesn't give it away, these items will drop at random when collecting from Pearly Cows. As for the Wine Barrels, these drop when collecting from Wine Grapes, which is a new crop that can be planted for 950 coins per plot in the store (it takes 60 minutes to grow). For completing this goal, you'll receive 600 XP, 600 coins and the Estate Collect All Bonus. Basically, this means that you'll be able to collect the Daily Bonus from all 10 individual buildings within the Stately Estate at the same time.

Estate Warming Party

  • Complete the Stately Estate

  • Craft 10 Wood Studs

  • Tend 30 Tomatoes on your Neighbors' Homesteads

The Wood Studs are crafted using Oak Lumber (chop Oak Trees to earn this) and Crosscut Saws (ask your friends for these). You'll need four units of lumber and three saws for each, so make sure to ask your friends for plenty of Saws early and often to finish this off as quickly as possible. When you complete this final goal, you'll receive 1,000 XP, three Estate Mystery Crates and the ability to customize your Stately Estate in terms of color and details.

Overall, if you've been keeping up on crafting and building all of the available storage structures on your Homestead, you should have plenty of additional free space on which to plant crops or place animals, which in turn should help you complete goals all the more quickly in your game. We'll make sure to let you know if any additional storage options launch for your game, so stay tuned!
