Non-GAAP EPS came in at $0.73. The 19 earnings estimates compiled by S&P Capital IQ averaged $0.71 per share on the same basis. GAAP EPS of $0.86 for Q1 were 37% higher than the prior-year quarter's $0.63 per share.

Margin details
For the quarter, gross margin was 51.8%, 130 basis points worse than the prior-year quarter. Operating margin was 16.7%, 60 basis points worse than the prior-year quarter. Net margin was 14.2%, 120 basis points better than the prior-year quarter.
