FarmVille Pic of the Day: Welcome to Jurassic Park, er, Farm by rpreinhart

Rumors from three or four years ago and a Halloween costume once upon a time, are all there is when it comes to the question of dinosaurs in FarmVille. But as always, fans will not be deterred. Using hay bales, player rpreinhart has recreated the classic logo of the 1993 landmark sci-fi film, Jurassic Park, which was directed by Steven Spielberg and based on the Michael Crichton novel of the same name. As a twist though, rpreinhart struck out the word "Park" and swapped it for "Farm".

Our dino-loving, FarmVille artist isn't the only one to remember this hit film, because last fall, the company that gave us Family Feud and Who Wants to be a Millionaire on Facebook and mobile, wants to do the same to Jurassic Park this year. You've got to wonder what Ludia is thinking. After all, this is for a movie that came out nearly two decades ago. But then again, Facebook didn't exist then. Neither do we have any major dinosaur-themed games on there at present. And of course, any dinosaur game that launches with this brand is guaranteed to draw attention.
