Pulse Electronics Earnings Preview

Pulse Electronics (NYS: PULS) will try to beat its earnings estimates for the fifth consecutive quarter. The company will unveil its latest earnings on Monday. Pulse Electronics is a producer of precision-engineered electronic components and modules.

Despite the majority sentiment in favor of Pulse Electronics, the stock has a middling CAPS rating of three out of five stars.

Revenue has fallen for the past three quarters. The company's gross margin shrank by 4.1 percentage points in the last quarter. Revenue fell 21.3% while cost of sales fell 16.9% to $73.9 million from a year earlier.
