Choice Hotels International Beats Estimates on Top and Bottom Lines

For the quarter, gross margin was 44.7%, 4,750 basis points worse than the prior-year quarter. Operating margin was 25.5%, 560 basis points better than the prior-year quarter. Net margin was 14.9%, 70 basis points worse than the prior-year quarter.
Next quarter's average estimate for revenue is $122.2 million. On the bottom line, the average EPS estimate is $0.31.
Next year's average estimate for revenue is $664.2 million. The average EPS estimate is $2.05.
